I joined Microsoft because I knew I would have the chance help change the world - not just with products, but through the company's amazing commitment to giving back. For example, you may have heard or read of Microsoft's recent announcement that employees raised more than $100 million for non-profits in 2011, and here in the Valley our campus raised an all-time high $3.6 million.
