Chamber Announces the Winner of the 40th Mountain View Art & Wine Logo Contest
 The Chamber of Commerce Mountain View has selected a logo for the 40th Annual Mountain View Art & Wine Festival. Westminster Promotions of Sunnyvale created the winning logo. The logo will be printed on 30,000 posters, 4000 glasses and 1000 t-shirts. The Art & Wine Festival is September 10 and 11, 2011.

Fair Assessments and Judgements Underscore Leadership Mountain View's Public Safety Day

Castro Elementary School PTA Creates Enrichment Program to Inspire Future Leaders
At Mountain View's Castro Elementary, being asked to stay after school is a pleasure, not a punishment, thanks to the initiative of the Castro PTA. The PTA realized their students are intensely motivated and initiated an afterschool enrichment program, available to all interested students, with classes taught by parent volunteers and the school's educators.
