Happy New Year! From all of us at the Chamber, we wish all of you a very prosperous New Year. As we move into a new decade, I want to reflect on the several outstanding programs and activities that the Chamber has available to help promote your business, grow our local economy and support our community.
10. Green Business University- a Green Certification program to assist small and mid-size business through the process of attaining Bay Area Green certified.
9. Big Wig Luncheon - a series of monthly talks on cutting edge topics focused on giving you the edge in your professional career or business.
8. Art & Wine Festival - nearly 200,000 people attend our annual festival. It's a great family event to enjoy the wide selection of food, drinks and artists. If you like volunteering, you'll really have fun helping at festival.
7. ILoveMV.org website - Do you think you know everything about Mountain View? Visit the I Love MV website for ideas on activities to do and places to visit in Mountain View.

Green Business University Official Kick Off is January 7, 2010 at Google
The Chamber of Commerce Mountain View is dedicated to creating a more sustainable community and is excited to offer its members a Green Certification program, Green Business University (GBU). GBU is a 6-month training course targeted to small and mid sized businesses to assist them through a step by step process of earning their bay area green business certification.
HOW IT WORKS: Participants commit to attend a class once a month, and by the 6th month, that business will graduate and be on its way to being Bay Area Green Certified. Space is limited to 15 businesses and an application is required to determine eligibility. Official kick-off day is January 7, 2010.
