Message from
the President/CEO
March is the month when people think of green. St. Patrick's Day is near and spring is right around the corner. But most importantly, we're going green. It's the right thing to do for our environment and future generations. At the Chamber we have begun the process of attaining our Bay Area Green Business Certification.  We have a check list of action items and organizations to contact, but certification is attainable and requires little resources to implement.
 
The City of Mountain View is a community that cares about its environment.  Evidence of this is the creation of the Environmental Sustainability Task Force, which provided the City Council input on how to best meet its sustainability goals.  Citizen groups like the Green Citizens Action Team, Friends of Stevens Creek Trail as well as countless residents, through various events or their daily activities, are... read more

Join the Chamber's Relay for Life Team Today...
 
 
Or consider forming your own team for Relay For Life of Mountain View, to be held May 30 - May 31 at Cuesta Park. This year will mark Mtn. View's sixth Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society's signature event in the fight against cancer.  This overnight team event brings people together to CELEBRATE the lives of those who have battled cancer, REMEMBER  those lost, and FIGHT BACK against a disease that needs to be stopped.
