Happy Holidays from all of us at M3S Sports and The Capital City Half Marathon. Registration for the 9th Edition of The Capital City Half Marathon is on record pace. The registration price increases on December 31st. Don't Miss Your Chance to Save!
On May 5th, 2012, we are going to Celebrate The Columbus Bicentennial in grand fashion. First, we have incorporated the Bicentennial into the Event Logo. Second, we have recently launched our new event website. Third, our new start line and starting corrals wind around the Scioto Mile. Our course continues to be the best running or walking tour of Columbus including right down the center of the Columbus High Five. Finally, the event will finish in magnificent fashion at the Columbus Commons with the biggest and best Byers Imports Xtra Mile Finish Line Party yet complete with a Yellow Tail Bubbles Toast and post race concerts and the opening of the New Pavilion.
In 2011, Celebrity Champions started 7 different waves or runners and walkers. In 2012, we have added additional waves and additional Celebrity Champions. With the new start line, we have to cap the field at 13,000 runners and walkers. Our registration numbers are already up over 32% from last year. Make sure you save your spot and save money before the registration price increases on December 31st. Register now!
A little feedback from last year: "I must say that as a veteran of over 50 half marathons, The Capital City Half Marathon is up there as one of the best. This is one of the better urban courses I've run as it seemed to bring out the entire flavor of the Columbus experience. The Finish Line was a great place to meet up with Family and have a Yellow Tail toast, a Michelob Ultra, and some chocolate. Nice! The Finisher's Medal was 'Totally Awesome!'" More Feedback...

Kick off the New Year and start YOUR Season with M3S Sports.
Join us at OhioHealth for the First on the First 5k
The First on the First 3.1 Miler is THE New Year's Kick Off Celebration to start the training season for Cap City. The party is hosted by OhioHealth and Ortho Foot and Ankle on New Year's Day at 11am at the Westerville Medical Campus of OhioHealth.
Every participant receives:
1. a finisher's medal,
2. a long sleeve Asics technical race shirt,
3. a New Year's Traditional Meal with all the trimmings.
Due to the amount of food, medals and shirts registration is limited and we have just under 75 spots left. Come join us. Register Now!
