A Full is Fun for some, Half of a Full is Cool for many, Half of a Half is just right for all! Here is your chance to run or walk a quarter or a half marathon in a fully supported environment and party with M3S on labor day weekend.
Coming off a huge Capital City Half Marathon, I met with participants, partners and our team to review the 2010 event and plan for the future. I received a number of comments from participants about the size of the jump from either the Comment to Be Fit 5k or one of our 4 Milers to our half marathon in Columbus and Arizona. So....after running with Sean Huffman from Ohio Health at MIT, and then meeting with Cheryl Herbert, the President of Dublin Methodist Hospital, Emerald City was born. Thanks to the partnership with the City of Dublin and Glacier Ridge Metro Park, here is your chance to run "half of a half" (6.55 Miles). This is the perfect distance for Summer, AND wait until you see what we have for you when you finish. We also have a half marathon for those of you that want to run or walk longer.
The Quarter Marathon Course will be open for 2 hrs and the half for 4 hrs. We will have aid stations every mile, Ohio Health medical support led by our Medical Director, Dr. Darrin Bright; our World famous pace and balloon team, course entertainment, a post race party and a "GEM" of a finisher's medal, all produced M3S Style. We want to create the ultimate end of Summer event for you.
FACEBOOK: We are communicating race information with you on the M3S Sports Facebook Fan Page. We want to see your posts as to why a Quarter is just right for you and want to see your training photos.
