Students in Action!
Congratulations to the High School Math team consisting of Aaron Dunn, Nicole Osmundson and Alex Grosz. They placed 1st in the state annual AMC national mathematics competition. Oak Grove has placed 1st in class B in three of the last four years.
Mateo Leslie, current third grader in Mr. Nelson's class will be traveling to the Wisconsin Dells on June 27-29 to compete in the US Nationals with his solo and dance group number. He will also dance in the opening showcase. Proudly, he will be representing his dance troop and Oak Grove!
Congratulations to Alex Grosz and Colter Schoenfish, who took first place at the state tournament for their Serious Duo speech.
We had a strong showing at state music this past weekend. Thirty students from Oak Grove's choir and band traveled to Bismarck and even though we do not have all the results yet we know they represented Oak Grove well! Thank you Mr. Zinter and Mr. Dodd for nurturing the talents of our students and giving them this great experience.
