Miller Homes Modular Solutions

Dear Homeowner:

Nine months after the devastation of Hurricane Irene, many New Jersey homeowners are still putting the pieces back together. At Miller Homes, we have been involved in several flood-related modular constructions and renovations, and we're proud to be helping these homeowners regain their footing after an unimaginable loss.

If your home was damaged in the flooding that accompanied Hurricane Irene -- and you are covered under FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program -- you may be eligible for up to $30,000 in assistance. The NFIP was designed to not only restore your home, but to protect it against future flood risk by defraying costs related to local floodplain compliance. To be eligible for assistance, your home or structure must have incurred at least 50% damage (based upon assessed property value), and funds may be used to elevate, relocate or demolish your existing structure.

Residents participating in the National Flood Insurance Program enjoy turnkey service when they partner with Miller Homes. Services include demolition of your damaged home, design of a modular home that suits your lifestyle -- and construction that complies with all applicable floodplain guidelines. And, to make the process easier, we provide support with insurance claims, and guidance with FEMA paperwork and documentation.

Ready to begin rebuilding your home -- and protecting it from future New Jersey flooding and extreme weather? Call the Miller Homes team, or find us online at  www.millerhomesnj.com. We look forward to assisting you with your modular construction project, and to providing industry-leading service to customers impacted by Hurricane Irene.

Warm Regards,

Jim Miller

Owner and President
