Steadfast
IN THE VISION

THREE YEARS HAD passed since the pastors of Zagreb had met together.  One of the pastors felt the Lord calling him to call the pastors together for meetings again and when we met at the first meeting one pastor after another began sharing the problems that they've been dealing with recently in their congregations.  We began praying and interceeding for one another and for the churches of our city and the Holy Spirit fell on all of us.  It was an incredible experience, something that had never happened before when we pastors met collectively.  A week later almost all of the Zagreb churches came together for four days of conference with guest speaker John Mulinde from Uganda.  It was inspiring to hear him share about how God has changed his country and how prayer is the most important thing in bringing about revival. One evening there were so many people at the confrenece that  after they had filled literally each seat in the auditorium, they opened up standing room in the isles and all along the back and sides of the room and still there  were many of us who were left out in the hallways watching and listening from the doorways. God has begun moving powerfully and in a special way in Zagreb.

ALMOST IMEDIATELY following the conference with brother Mulinde, our church hosted a leaadership seminar with a guest speaker Dr. Desomd Fray from Switzerland.   Dr. Fray shared with us from John Maxwell's EQUIP materials. His personal experience of 10 years in buisness as well as his many years of experience in the ministry encouraged all of us to continue being steadfast in the vision God has given us.

AFTER TWO YEARS of work,  we were finally able publish the book How To Experience Revival by Charles Finney in the Croatian language.  This book is truly an excellent and very serious tool for all who are seeking genuine revival. If you haven't personally had a chance to read this book, I would encourage you to read it.  It will grow your faith and cause you to hunger for the work of God.

WE HAVE BEEN searching for a new worship facility for almost two months and it seems God has provided us with a location where another church is already meeting on Saturdays. We will still be located downtown but this building has proprer heating and more room for our children's ministry. This will be a very big step of faith for us, but we know that after meeting for so many years in the old building  where we are presently located this move will be a positive change for all of us.

DECEMBER, IS ELECTION month for us here in Croatia. We are electing a new prime minister and officials to the parlament. Churches in Croatia have been praying for years that God would move in the hearts of our polititians and it would seem that God has begun answering our prayers for justice and righteousness.  Last year our former prime minister, Ivo Sanader, along with a few other polititians, was incarcerated for certain illegal activities. It seems that God is cleasing our nations and exposing corruption.  The economy, however, is not progressing well. In fact it looks as if we will be seeing an economical collaps in Croatia.  In spite of it all, we still pray, hope and lift up our nation to God. Please, continue to pray for our elections and for justice to be done in our nation- for religious freedom as well as the legalization of home schooling in Croatia.

NEXT MONTH will be a very evangelistic month for us. We are planing to have two evangelistic concerts, one of them being the annual event on the main square Advent in the Heart of Zagreb  that our band plays at each year. It is incredible how apart from the muscial part of the concert we are usually able to share the Gospel with the people of Zagreb. Please be in prayer for the people of our nation that God will open their hearts and minds and bring a hunger for His Word, so that we will see many come to Him in these final hours.

WE ARE SO BLESSED by your prayers and support of the work here in Zagreb. We are grateful for each and every one of you and pray God's blessing on you and all that you do for His kingdom.

IN HIM,

Mario Ducic
