 FEBRUARY BROUGHT US RENEWED HOPE and anticipation for even more victory in Croatia. Early in the month we had a meeting at the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport regarding our home schooling initiative. A professor from our church and I met together with the Secretary of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport and Professor Dr. Diana Vican. The meeting went very well. I shared the positive aspects home schooling in Croatia could bring and the information shared was very well received. Dr. Vican explained how the process of introducing home schooling could be implemented and that it ought to fall under the category of informal education, for which there is both interest and openness. At this point we are seeing some open doors to the idea of amending the law regarding home schooling and we are both excited and grateful to the Lord for His work at paving the way for further victory in our work here in Zagreb and Croatia.

MANY OF YOU MAY REMEMBER that in October we hosted a seminar with John Garcia. Recently John and his wife Sheree came here to Croatia for an extended visit and have been offering counseling at our church. We are so grateful to them for the way God has used them in blessing our church by assisting those who need freedom and deliverance, or just counsel in how they can grow and mature in Christ. Also, in February we began hosting a monthly fellowship time for women. We are encouraging fathers to give their wives an evening out with out the children so that the women in the church can have a time of fellowship. But this time of fellowship is not just for young mothers; it's for all women - single, married, young, and older. Each month the women will meet at someone's house, that person will plan activities: games, a craft, a how-to lesson, or whatever they feel they have to offer. At the end of the evening they will also share a short message about what God is speaking to them in their own time with the Lord. We will also give time for the women to share any needs they may have and we'll have a time of prayer. Our goal is to offer time for the woman to bond together and share each other's burdens. |

 FINALLY, WE WANT TO BRING a couple of needs to your attention so you can help us pray for specific needs that we are facing right now. First of all, we feel a great burden to complete the CD. It has been waiting in production now for almost two years as we have not had the finances to complete it, yet we really feel that now is the time so we can bless the believers in Croatia and surround countries with the music God has given us. We have received a portion of the finances, and are able to begin the first stages of completing this project. Also, we are searching for a new location for our services. As we have mentioned before, we feel a great urgency to move our meeting location as we are sensing friction between our congregation and the Catholic Priest. Also, we would like to find a location with proper heating, as the winters can be long and very cold. Please keep these needs in earnest prayer. We know the Lord will provide.
