Lowly Arno on 2nd Street caught the attention of the brilliant Frank Untermeyer and his sophisticated Lotus Club literary friends on 14th Street. Through these contacts he came under the influence of Westcott and his elite friends at Oxford.
The Oxford University Press was run by Fabian socialists. Westcott, Balfour and the the Rothschilds operated a number of elite secret societies and were likely involved or
at least aware of the Scofield Bible production. As socialists they
were class conscious and their interest in the bible and religion was
as a power tool to manipulate the lower class. The Scofield Bible took hold in the fundamentalist and Baptist churches not with the Presbyterians or Episcopalians. The
intellectual arrogance of these deceivers did not escape the attention
of Joseph Canfield. He saw their careless lies in weaving the myth of
the great Scofield. [24]
Rothschild owned the press in Europe and America. They could get away
with anything. But now the internet is exposing their deception like
spider webs in a dark cellar.
These
men were at the pinnacle of world power. Untermeyer at his office on
Broadway controlled President Wilson through blackmail. Rothchild
controlled Prime Minister Balfour while Rule Britannia was still being sung with assurance. This
ruling elite was concerned with the two major problems of their day.
First, the collapse of the Roman Catholic church in 1870 had created a
power vacuum in the West. Second, the
Ottoman Empire was collapsing in the East. Zionism was the solution to
the "Eastern Question". A new world religion was their solution in the West. The Scofield Bible was an early attempt to address both problems.
It is not flesh and blood with whom we wrestle. The aristocracy in England at this time was dabbling with Spiritualism. Westcott and Balfour were deeply involved with the occult and forbidden necromancy. The Rothschild's have always been into witchcraft. It is possible that some of these men were demon possessed and in channeling were guided by spirits and not flesh and blood. Scripture warns of spiritual wickedness in high places. |
