TREATMENT MODELS:

• Cognitive Behavioral: This approach examines how one's thoughts, feelings and behavior are inter-related and how to produce cognitive and behavioral changes that lead to emotional healing.
• Family Systems: This approach examines how interactional patterns within families can affect the individual and how changing these patterns can bring about progress.
• Solution-Focused: How looking at exceptions, successes and creating specific, achievable goals helps to focus efforts in finding everyday solutions.
• Psychodynamic: This explores how family and cultural history has shaped one's view of the world and how this insight can facilitate change in the present and hope for the future.
• Spiritual Connections: This approach integrates spirituality and the client's personal and communal faith into the treatment. Used only when preferred by the client.
