Cindy Lichterman, L.C.P.C.

Crystal Lake, Illinois - September, 2011 - Cindy Lichterman, long time resident of Crystal Lake, IL, is now offering counseling services in Arbor Counseling Center's Crystal Lake office. Cindy is a licensed clinical professional counselor. She received her MS in Counseling and Counseling Education from Indiana University and completed her post-master's training at The Family Institute in Chicago. Cindy has over 24 years of counseling experience, specializing in marriage and family therapy.

    

Additional training as a Certified School Counselor gives Cindy expertise in working with adolescents and their families to provide a successful academic, family and  social life experience through the teenage years. Cindy also brings with her an extensive background in substance abuse treatment and working with clients experiencing anxiety and depression. She blends several treatment approaches to meet the personal goals of each client, accomplishing this through individualized treatment planning and a warm guided journey towards successful outcomes in therapy resulting in positive change for families, adults and adolescents.
