Food Technical Consultants is actively looking for companies interested in developing an outside independent "Food Safety Advisory Boards"(FSAB) to complete a thorough risk assessment of current food safety practices and quality assurance programs, then recommend solutions for any identified business and technology gaps in their company's Food Safety Business Shield. Our board model will be similar to that used by Maple Leaf in Canada.
The team of independent experts will be tasked with critically reviewing current food safety practices, programs, reporting structures, technical knowledge strength, microbiological sampling programs, software tracing & tracking systems, and product recall and crisis response programs, then recommend revised practices, policies, and programs that exceed industry best practices - and benchmarked against best practices in outside industries. The overall goals are protecting the health of consumers and protecting the brand equity for share holders.
