Massachusetts attorney. Before becoming a professor he worked in a large
law firm with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mom-and-pop
sandwich shops. He will be happy to answer questions during and after the
presentation.
Topic:
Top 10 List: Common Legal Problems of Small Businesses and
Entrepreneurs Every
business is unique, but unfortunately the legal problems they encounter are
surprisingly similar. In this talk Prof. Eric Gouvin will provide a quick
tour of the "top ten" legal mistakes made by small businesses. Hopefully
this presentation will serve as a "word to the wise" that will help attendees
