Exercise of the Month - T-Spine Extension
muscles
This month's exercise of the month features a great way to add mobility to your middle back, a common area of tightness and pain especially for those who sit all day.  Try these at home and if you have questions about your technique let us know on your next office visit.

Dr. Haydu Speaks at King's College

Dr. Haydu recently spoke at King's College to hopefully influence a new generation of chiropractors. Each fall, Dr. Haydu works with his alma mater, New York Chiropractic College, to offer his clinical experience and insights on the future of the chiropractic profession to students who may be interested in pursuing chiropractic as a career.  King's college offers a unique "3+1" program in collaboration with NYCC which allows students to complete their undergraduate work while also enrolled in the chiropractic professional program at their upstate New York campus. This is a great time to pursue chiropractic as a profession as The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has ranked chiropractic as a top 10 profession for job growth over the next 20 years.
