Greetings!

It seems that just yesterday we were putting together the very first issue of Rent Check. Now suddenly, 11 issues later, Urban Igloo DC Office and Teamwe are nearing the end of the year -- and it's been a great one for Urban Igloo.

What better way to finish off the year than by launching new services for landlords and renters? We are introducing a Referral Service for landlords, while renters now have the option to take a half-day neighborhood tour with one of our agents.

Catch the full story below, as well as a chat with Urban Igloo's sales manager Bryan Zupan and beautiful properties in NoMa and Logan Circle.

Thanks for your continued support as we grow. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

New Services from the Igloo

This month, we're excited to announce a number of additions to our services.
Dave the Dream Renter
We wanted to provide more flexibility to landlords, since not everyone requires our full service complete with apartment showings and background checks. That's why we now give landlords a choice between a Referral Service and Full Service -- or a combination of the two.

To help kick off these new services, we're launching a fun, new direct mail campaign featuring Dave the Dream Renter. Have a look!

But wait ... there's more. We're also introducing a Neighborhood Tour package for renters new to DC, as well as a number of other improvements and additions.

None of these changes would have been possible without input from the landlords and renters we work with, so please keep the feedback coming!

What Renters Are Saying

"Even though I ended up taking an apartment with a roommate elsewhere, I wanted to let you know that I really appreciated all the help you gave me, it really meant a lot to me! I have been endorsing Urban Igloo to a few of my friends who have considered moving here, and will continue to do so in the future. I hope it won't come as a surprise if you get a call from a friend of mine looking for help with DC housing :)"

Jamie P., Alexandria
What Landlords Are Saying

"Urban Igloo did exactly as they said they would do....they brought qualified clients who were serious about renting so no time was wasted in getting to the ultimate goal, a signed lease!  Their agents are knowledgeable, professional and friendly."
