July and August are known for being the quiet months in DC, with many locals leaving the city for vacation homes and other getaways. For the housing market, however, this time is anything but quiet.
In fact, William Penn's quote "Time is what we want most, but...what we use worst" comes to mind. Our agents' strength lies in helping renters narrow down their search quickly. And landlords who post with us save the time otherwise spent with renters who may not be ready, willing and able to rent. 
This summer, we're making apartment hunting a smooth and efficient process for a number of new graduates as well as transplants. As they prepare to start their jobs in DC, renting a home is a smart choice for many people.
