Rumour has it that we make killer Irish Stew ~ that from an authentic  leprechaun ~ well, an Irish person anyway.

We've just done a test recipe and it's delicious! Serve warm with butter with Dublin Lawyer and a salad and you've got a truly Irish meal.

OK OK, it's not really Irish, but the combo is!
Our thin crust pizzas are so delightful we just had to put one on the menu. Herbed cream cheese, smoked sockeye salmon, wilted nettles (so it's super healthy!)
and aged cheddar.
