Okay, who stole summer? The cool dewy nights mean only one thing ~ it's harvest time and the bounty of our province is at it's peak!

Our team have carefully prepared a new menu for this season ~ some traditional Feys+Hobbs favourites, and some new delights.

Stonebridge Farm Free Range Turkey

Organic raised + vegetable fed, these free-range turkeys are the foundation of Thanksgiving dinner. Bagged, ready to wash, with a lovely bundle of herbs from our garden. Birds are a minimum 15 lbs.

Two Rivers Long Bone Pork Rack

Hormone and antibiotic free Frenched rack of pork WITH the crackling. Scored, salt rubbed and ready to roast Accompanied by wee apples wrapped with prosciutto and sage, and an apple brandy spiked reduction sauce.

Spiced Sweet Potato Pie

This delicious tradition from Feys+Hobbs: a savory wine pastry crusted fill with a combination of sweet and spiced flavour with a hint of lemon is the perfect side dish to your feast.

The gravy receptacle! Yummy, buttery and laden with aged white cheddar!

The Gravy

Don't mess with perfection! We've mastered the dark gravy ~ we won't tell if you use it as a base for your own gravy. It's just delicious, full stop.

Polenta, Wild Mushroom, Ricotta and Corn Casserole

For the veg-heads, or just a great addition to feed the troops! Brown butter, sage and roasted garlic bring all the elements together. Get an extra one to have in the freezer for an easy weeknight sup.

Maple-Toasted Rosemary Glazed Squashes

A staple of fall, these scrumptious squashes pack the warmth of an Indian summer. Ready to reheat with real maple syrup, garden rosemary and toasted pumpkin seeds. Hungry yet?

Riesling Braised Cabbage

Two kinds of Michell's Farm cabbages sautéed with fennel bulb and deglazed with Riesling wine and tossed with toasted local hazelnuts.

Feys+Hobbs Stuffing

Another F+H tradition to have at your table. Buttery and flavourful bread stuffing laden with celery, garden sage, and dried cranberry stuffing is ready to baste with your turkey drippings.

Even if you save these for the next day, they would be great for hot turkey sandies!

Sweet Corn Spoon Pudding

In a single word: delicious! Corn that doesn't get stuck in your teeth! Made from our own in-house creamed corn.

Sweet Corn Cream Chowder

Silky smooth, creamy and simply made from three simple ingredients: corn, stock and cream. Couldn't be more perfect. Great to have on hand for a lunch as well.

Pumpkin Pie

No tinned pumpkin here...fresh roast local sugar pumpkin, cooked with care with traditional spices with the finest pastry for a light crunch.

Pear+Cranberry Bread Pudding

Tender ripe pears loan their gentle sweetness to foil the tart sundried cranberries. Oh, did we mention with white chocolate pouring sauce? A warm, comforting end to your harvest table.

Spiked+Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Ok, everyone has their favourite recipe, but this is delicious. Loaded with Pimm's and our own house dried raisins for extra chew and flavour.

Creamy Roast Vegetable Dip

No, we won't share this recipe! Great for veggies, pita chips, or stir into pasta for a quickie meal.

Yam+Goat Cheese Spread

Delicious and good-for-you yams slow roast and then blended with goat cheese and roast garlic. Simple and great to have on hand. Freezes well!

Apple, Walnut+Blue Cheese

A fall favourite....local apples roasted and blended with creamy blue cheese and studded with toasted walnuts. Present with vegetables, or spread on baguette, or thin a bit and use as a salad dressing. Now that's versatility!

A secret combination of 17 different wild mushrooms and some other stuff. Just eat it. It's delicious! Also melts down into pasta perfectly for a quickie snack; a grown up version of 'KD'.
