Greetings!
There are many exciting things happening at Azar these days so we decided to start publishing a newsletter on a regular basis to keep you informed. I encourage you to forward this email to anyone in your organization who might wish to sign up to receive our newsletters directly.
In this issue we wanted to talk about our plans to host a Users Group Meeting for early April 2010 in Austin, Texas and provide some information on our latest release of CATvMaster and introduce you to CATvPlus, our new suite of Subscriber Billing and Management Solutions.
With the production release of CATvPlus right around the corner we need to start the process of preparing our customers to migrate to this powerful new billing platform.
In the coming months we will be expanding our Newsletter to include more features and would appreciate your feedback on what type of information would benefit you and your company. You can email your suggestions to newsletter@azarinc.com.

| 2010 Users Group
Come join us in Austin for our 2010 Users Group!!
The agenda will be packed with Training and Discussions on Our New Product, CATvPlus. We will talk about what you need to do to prepare for upgrading your software, system requirements and data conversions. We will also provide an extensive review of our existing line of CATvPlus and CATvMaster Modules and Interfaces.
There will be general sessions where you can meet with other Azar Customers and discuss the issues that all cable operators face in today's changing environment. There will also be numerous break out sessions providing classroom discussions on specific topics that affect your business on a daily basis. With classes on Scheduling, Addressability, VoIP Deployment, VOD Reporting and more you will certainly find topics to match your needs and interests.
We will also offer one on one sessions with our trainers and software programmers where you can discuss issues that effect your business in a forum that will provide you expert advice on how you can use your CATv Software to accomplish your goals and provide us with valuable feedback for future enhancements.
And if this is not enough, the meetings are going to be held in Austin, Texas! The User's Group Package includes lunch and dinner on most days. And yes, there will be a feast of our famous Texas Barbeque at the Salt Lick Restaurant in Driftwood. You will also have plenty of free time to experience Downtown Austin, the Capital of Texas and the Live Music Capital of the World.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Mark Parsons as the Lead Developer of our CATvPlus Development Team. Mark is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in programming client/server applications. You will be hearing more from Mark in the months to come as we continue our deployment schedule of CATvPlus.

CATvPlus
Azar's CATvPlus has combined the best features of our legacy system, CATvMaster within a graphical user interface that is powered by Microsoft SQL Server. By keeping the same basic flow of CATvMaster, we have minimized the learning curve when moving to this new more powerful platform. As you will see in the next few newsletters, CATvPlus will provide you with all the critical tools your frontline staff needs to manage your customer base while providing your back office administrators with many new powerful reporting tools for tracking the day to day operations of your system.

CATvMaster 7x
With the release of CATvMaster 7x Azar Clients will have at their fingertips several powerful new tools that will help them compete in today's broadband market.
The most significant changes in 7x are associated with the Rate Files, the Rating Engine and Addressability. To start, we increased the number of available rates and upgraded the Rating Engine to handle all percentage based calculations using a rate code specific tax method. This allows users to set up Rate Codes and Packaging that require more complex taxing scenarios. We have also moved all percentage based calculations to the rate component level. This will allow you to create package codes with different taxing rules as components, a must if you are thinking of offering voice service or when bundling video, broadband and/or voice services.
We have also enhanced the logging of user activity to indicate the last user to edit an account, payment, work order, inventory item or rate code in Rate File Maintenance.
With the availability of the New Packaging, Rating and Enhanced Security Features that are only available on Release 7x there is no reason not to schedule your upgrade today.

New Product Releases
CATv-IP ZCorum provides seamless integration with ZCorum's cable modem provisioning system.
CATv Customer Care
With CATv Customer Care you will be able to direct subscribers from your web site to our New On Line Processing portal. From there user's will be able to view their current balance, last payment date and amount and schedule a credit card or ACH payment*. For systems who offer Digital Services, your subscribers will have the ability to send a refresh to their digital equipment. Future updates will include On Line Service Calls, New Subscriber Sign Up screens and a After Hours Technician Interface that will provide the ability to exchange Set Tops and Cable Modems when resolving service problems.
