Holy Thursday and Good Friday, April 1-2 Quelle chance! Chef Jacques was able to get his hands on a nice-sized order of fresh gourmet "Dover Sole" fish, and will be serving it until we run out, starting Thursday for dinner. Since many of you have been asking for it, what a fabulous treat this will be! If you miss Thursday, hurry over for Friday, because this delectable fish will definitely sell out quickly.
Chateau du Lac's Organic Salads are a Big Hit.

Chateau du Lac Deli Chateau now does deli. You've got to taste Chef's citrus-cured house-smoked salmon, at $18 per pound, and his rabbit terrine with pistachio and cognac, at $15 per pound. (Half pound minimum, please. Anything over 2 pounds, please call 48 hours in advance.)

Wine Tasting Wednesday is a Steal of a Deal!
2nd Wednesday of the month at a bargain price
This month's event is Wednesday, April 14th at the Chateau du Lac bar from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Included with the $5 per flight is Chef's selection of marvelous hors d'oeuvres!
Les Bar-oudeurs will join us again to perform their smooth European jazz. It's a perfect companion to the fun and relaxation of Wine Tasting Wednesday. If you haven't visited us for this little insider event, you're missing out... Wednesday the 14th. |

We are open from 11:30 - 5:30 during the day on Easter Sunday, April 4th.
Chef Jacques will be featuring his famous Easter Lamb, along with his fresh vegetables and delicious gourmet foods.
Best to make a reservation for your group, but it's not necessary. Walk-ins are cheerfully accepted as long as space permits. |

Jaumé
Our longest-employed waiter, Jaumé, is celebrating her two year anniversary working here at Chateau du Lac Bistro. Many of you have gotten to know Jaumé because of her friendly and professional service. Jaumé is thrilled to have recently become an aunt for the first time, due to her sister's new baby boy, Braden. She is currently studying to earn her license in professional makeup and cosmetology. If you're wondering where she got her unusual name, Jaumé was named after her great grandmother, Rose Jaumé. On your next visit, be sure to wish Jaumé "Happy Anniversary!" |

| 20th Annual Celebrity Chef "Gift of Life" Gala
Chef Jacques is the Chef Committee Chair for this prestigious event, so we wanted to send you an invitation. The Gala will be held on Sunday, April 18th at the New Orleans Marriott. See your invitation below.
