 Well, we're off to a flying start for the new year, thanks especially to the New Orleans Saints. Geaux Saints! We've got to put the gris gris on those Colts! Can you believe Mardi Gras season is upon us already? In between parades and balls, why not skip the cooking and swing on by to enjoy Chef Jacque's cuisine? Valentine's Sunday, February the 14th: 5:00 - 9:00 pm
Mardi Gras: Closed Fat Tuesday the 16th through Thursday the 18th. We will reopen Friday the 19th at 11:30 am for lunch and our usual business hours.

Mark your calendars for the new Wine Tasting Wednesdays - the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
 Gypsy Trio, formerly Vavavoom, will perform in conjunction with Wine Tasting Wednesdays for the next three months. Come relax and enjoy the smooth European jazz while savoring fine wines and good conversation at our bar.
This month, VINO will be here to host our event, bringing their unique variety of wonderful wines.
This month's event is Wednesday, February 10th at the Chateau du Lac bar from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Included with the $5 per flight is Chef's selection of marvelous hors d'oeuvres!

 Special Menus All Weekend
Be sure to bring that special person in your life to Chateau du Lac to celebrate the "weekend of romance". Each lady who dines here will be presented with a beautiful long-stemmed rose to help celebrate this most romantic weekend. Chef Jacques will prepare some very special dishes on Friday and Saturday, February 12-13th. For Valentine's Sunday, February 14th, Chef will feature a special "a la carte" menu. We have a sample Valentine's menu published on our website here until February 10th, because Chef Jacques must select the best of the market before he creates his final menu.
