1. Take a look at the straight roof line along the ridge of
the building.
2. Take a close look at the weld joints and how they are fully galvanized as
the rest of the structural components are. There is no difference in color
between the welds and the rest of the structure. All metal components are hot-dipped
into zinc after manufacturing to guarantee complete corrosion protection. We
offer a 25 year pro-rated warranty
on the steel structure for your ease of mind.
3. Please note how the truss webbing cuts are formed to fit
tight to the truss cords making a structurally sound fit.
4. The truss spacing is at 12' maximum to eliminate fabric joints between
the trusses. This offers structural integrity. It also prevents flapping or
sagging of the fabric material between trusses that you will find in structural
spacing of over 12'. You will notice no fabric joints as you look up at your
translucent roof. (The best time to visit a WeCover Structure is on a windy day
so you can hear and see for yourself the strength of the We Cover fabric roof
system!)
5.
Don't overlook the truly vertical
side walls which will be closed with traditional materials or ventilation
system. Then look up to the eaves and you will see how they are protected by a generous overhang keeping water away
from the foundations.
6. Please note how the overall appearance will blend in with your other
buildings. The We Cover Structure Construction crews will be crafting your
facility with detailed workmanship.
7. The Continuous Cover Control System
(fabric tightening system) is designed to maximize the strength and longevity
of the fabric by eliminating wear points.
