Ultimate protection-do you want it?
Zinc for the long haul goes the distance.
Why hot-dip-galvanize?
Providing hot dip galvanizing for
customers since 1960, Court Galvanizing of Cambridge, ON, is ISO 9001:2000 registered and committed to provide quality galvanizing service to its clients.
May I explain why We Cover utilizes Court Galvanizing Ltd.'s hot-dip-galvanize
process for each structure?
 For
your peace of mind, We Cover chooses to hot-dip each truss in hot galvanizing zinc
after manufacture to ensure the
weld joints and all steel components are protected inside and out. The steel tubing
is also vented to prevent condensation buildup. This post-galvanizing is a safe reliable protection you want for your building.
Compare that to pre-galvanized steel manufacture. Welding heat can burn off the zinc protection. This exposes the interior weld joints to rust. Even if the welds may be sprayed on the exterior, inside the truss, the steel has become susceptible to corrosion. Generally this process begins unnoticed inside an un-vented truss tube where condensation builds up.
While all looks well for a few years on the outside, inside the truss is corroding at these weld joints. When will this weakness become evident? Probably at a time when you need your protection the most, such as a storm.
Agricultural environments can be harsh, exacting their toll on buildings not built or manufactured for the situation. Not only does the We Cover truss system come protected with post hot dip galvanizing, it is also protected by a 25 year pro-rated warranty on the steel frame. So don't worry about the harsh environment, just ensure you are receiving the building that is protected for the application you need.
Choose the
protection for the long haul- choose We Cover's hot-dipped galvanized steel
truss.Ultimate protection: the choice is yours.

Smooth Process says client " I think we're going to be very happy with our new
building and I thank you for making the process go so smoothly. Everyone
involved in our project was great and it was a pleasure doing business with
you. The building crew was super friendly and professional throughout, despite
some pretty adverse work conditions. I'm just sorry I didn't get a chance to
thank them personally and to say goodbye - can you please do this for me?"
Many thanks,
E.N.
