About the Ferst Foundation C.A.T. Summit . . .

A Community Action Team (C.A.T.) is a unique partnership between the Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy Staff and local volunteers across Georgia dedicated to providing books from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and Leap Into Books literacy support materials to all children under the age of 5 living in their community.
