Announcing music of Marten King - beginning with the Andante from Mozart's quartet k 421 in a setting by Marten King for clarinet quartet. Marten has an extensive number of pieces for clarinet solo and clarinet ensembles that will be added to JB Linear for distribution in the future.

Other news of JB Linear Music
 
  • JB Linear exhibited its clarinet sheet music at the Portland National Clarinet Symposium on February 4th at the University of Portland (Oregon).  The symposium was attended by over 150 people and I enjoyed meeting clarinetists from the Pacific Northwest.
  • On April 4th, JB Linear will be exhibiting sheet music at the Flute Fair in Portland, Oregon
  • At a February 21 concert, the Oregon Chamber Players not only played the 11 wind version of Brahms' Serenade #2 published by JB Linear, but also JB Linear composer Timoteus Racz's Rondo Grandioso. You can see more of Mr. Racz's music ...click here.
  • Another JB Linear music composer, Matt Doran, will have his Symphony #5 premiered by the Clark College Orchestra on March 11, 2009 at the Royal Durst Theatre in Vancouver, Washington. JB Linear does not publish his orchestral works, but we have several of his fine chamber works and we do his music typesetting.
