It certainly won't have escaped your notice that Sale and Rentback is to be regulated (indeed I had my say in Best Advice last week).
 
We have been working in the lending and conveyancing sector for years and we believe Sale and Rentback, in a regulated environment will prove to be a genuinely useful tool to the broker market in just the same way that sub prime was and debt solutions are currently.
 
Our feeling is that the market should be supported and it will inevitably evolve in new ways- the consumer need will still be there, so, is there now an opportunity to generate interest without assuming the debt and purchasing risk? In the first such e-mail we will introduce Clients who may be able to provide an endgame for introducers.
 
You will have read reports about Peter's involvement in the mortgage press, through the Marketing Innovation Forum or even Kelvin Cooper's e-Gateway. Now is our turn to provide information for you.
 
"As some of you may have heard a new large scale entrant to the SRB market has been rumoured for the last few months. Well the rumours are true and  in fact some of you may already have met with them at recent conferences held by the FSA.
 
The purpose of this email is therefore to introduce you to RPS Capital Partners Ltd. RPSCP are funded by one of the largest hedge funds in the world. Having secured an extensive fund RPSCP is now ready to launch into the UK intermediary and lender markets.  You will see press releases and mailers over the coming weeks and months.

Funding remains a key issue for the SARB market and is unlikely to improve for a considerable time. Add to that the advent of regulation and it is obvious that many companies will be reviewing their current strategies.  RPSCP is looking to build a strong network of SRB introducers pre and post regulation and is inviting current practitioners to join now.
