Greetings!

Some of you will remember the local agency chain, Windsor Fareham & Co. I had the pleasure of a day out at Silverstone last week with its former MD, who later went on to own the largest residential mortgage originator in the UK and one of the largest sub prime Lenders. 
 
Needless to say it got me thinking about entrepreneurship in our industry- or lack of it.
 
Perhaps I am missing the point but I wondered how many Agents have been truly challenged by their Solicitors and helped to create new products or services to improve bottom lines or increase market share? It's a question worth posing- what are you doing to help me?
