I can reassure you that we don't usually issue two updates in a month, let alone in a week (!), but we have some exciting and interesting developments that we wanted to share with you.
Firstly, have you checked your HIP Provider isn't the subject of the recent Watchdog report ( Watchdog HIPs Report)- if they are or if you are concerned about the effect cheap providers might have on the perception of your business then contact us.
Secondly, you will have received countless reminders about the changes to HIP regulations from Monday- we have seen some providers trying to navigate round the rules using modified insurance products. You might want to check this doesn't apply to yours- remember you may be dragged in to problems if you are marketing a non-compliant HIP.
Thirdly, we are days from being able to offer you FREE TELEPHONE CALLS TO LAWYERS as part of our HIP and Conveyancing services (and I mean all lawyers, not just us!)
