Don't Be Shy We Need Your Help!
This is going to be the help wanted edition of the Bulletin. We have some important jobs that we need to fill. If you've got the time to volunteer, please don't be shy. We need your help.
Model Yachting Class Views Editor:
Class Views columns come in closer to, or at the deadline, but only require assembling into a summary document. This requires the Class Views Editor to be able to take time at the final deadline dates to assemble and send a report to copyedit in a timely manner.
AMYA Live Host:
We are working towards hosting online webinars covering multiple topics such as racing rules, holding regattas, boat tuning and boat building. We need a knowledgeable host with a pleasant voice that can work with presenters to move topics along and operate the online interface at the same time. This could be a job for a couple people.
All of these positions are very important to the AMYA and benefit the membership greatly. John Davis will be working with the editors and I'll be working with the host. You can express interest by replying to this email.
We all appreciate your help as volunteers make the AMYA work. Thanks.
David Brawner
AMYA President
