Make Up Your Mind Dave...

Sorry about flip flopping between names.  It's been all my fault. We just had to work out a couple details.  Thanks to Chuck Luscomb and Pete Maxson, we've been able to bring back the AMYA Bulletin.

Pete has annouced that Chuck Luscomb is the new Director of Marketing for the AMYA and David Twohig is the new AMYA Historian.
 Let the Racing Begin...

The AMYA season starts with the Florida Footy Festival in Sebring, Florida on January 17th.  It's nice to know there is soft water is some parts of the country.

Enjoy yourselves and let us know how it went.
Region 1 vs. Region 2 Team Racing Challenge Regatta

Let's have fun doing something a little different.  I've challenged the Region 1 Director to a team racing regatta.  Thanks to the generosity of Dave Ramos and Chesapeake Performance Models, we have access to a fleet of 10 CR914's.  Each team will have five boats but the amount of skippers should be in the 10-15 range per team.

This team racing event will be hosted by Mid-Atlantic MYC and will take place in either May or June at Laurel Acres Park in Mount Laurel, NJ.  The date will be finalized shortly. Though we are sailing CR914's, we would like to see skippers from other classes join in.

To express interest in participating, contact Chuck Luscomb for Region 1 or David Brawner for Region 2.

 Quick Congratulations...
