The Canberra BusinessPoint 2011 awards were very successful and will be repeated this year. The 2012 awards will be open to all businesses that have interacted with Canberra BusinessPoint during the 2011-12 financial year.

 

Categories, selection criteria and the entry form will be posted on the Canberra BusinessPoint website in June. A selection committee is being formed and will include Chris Faulks, CEO Canberra Business Council and Anna Pino, CEO Lighthouse Business Innovation Centre.

The Canberra BusinessPoint Awards Presentation event will be held on 6 September 2012, between 6.00pm - 9.00pm at the National Portrait Gallery.

 

To be eligible to enter the awards, your business must conform with the following:

• The business must operate in Canberra and / or surrounding regions.
• The business must have interacted with Canberra BusinessPoint during the 2011-12 financial year either in a workshop, clinic or master class or in a face-to-face consultation.  Please note - only attending a networking event does not meet this criteria.
• The official entry form must be completed and submitted by 27 July 2012.
• Winners of previous years are eligible to apply.
• Government agencies are not eligible. However, businesses that receive funding from the Government are eligible to apply.

Finalists will be promoted through targeted media releases and other communication mediums such as website, social media & YouTube.
