As a proud member of the Canberra BusinessPoint delivery partnership with Canberra Business Council, Lighthouse looks forward to the first Awards presentation since the introduction of the re-launched Canberra BusinessPoint program.
All businesses that interacted with Canberra BusinessPoint during 2011 were eligible for a nomination. The Awards across six categories are being given to those businesses that excelled against the award selection criteria.
2011 is fast coming to a close and with it, Lighthouse will present its last Canberra BusinessPoint educational event with a Patent Clinic run by Michael Martin of Acumen IP. The clinic is fully booked and we have opened a waitlist.
Also closing on 30 November is the final funding round for the Entrepreneur Development Fund for 2011.

The 2011 Canberra BusinessPoint Awards, being held at the National Portrait Gallery on Tuesday, 29 November from 6pm - 9pm, will celebrate the achievements of the Canberra BusinessPoint community.
With Andrew Barr MLA presenting the Awards, and Jessica Good as Master of Ceremonies, this will be a night not to be missed.
Awards will be given in the following categories:
- Web and Mobile
- High Growth
- Micro Enterprise
- Bricks and Mortar
- Creative and Design
- Clean and Green
