Greg will take you through, step-by-step, the process of processing, resizing, sharpening and other important considerations specifically aimed toward displaying images on any digital device. From projector display, to sharing images on your TV and on the World Wide Web, Greg will show you how to make your images look their best for the medium. Friday, April 27 | Noon to 1:30 p.m. | $40 Digital photography has given us new tools and new challenges. From capture to post processing Greg will show you how to maximize your camera's full potential with each image you create. From exposure choices, to capturing dramatic lighting, he will share his simple tips and techniques that will help you quickly capture, and process, your best images ever! Sunday, April 29 | 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. | $40 Capturing birds in flight and in action is one of Greg's passions. From pre-visualization, key camera and lens techniques to advanced out of the box examples Greg will dazzle you with image after image and tip after tip for capturing birds in flight and at the peak of action. |
Introduction to Avian Photography Thursday, April 26 | Noon to 1:30 p.m. | $40 Whether you're just getting started in photographing birds, or you've been at it for a while, Greg has lots to share and teach. As a recognized expert in the field for at least the last decade Greg knows bird photography. Subjects covered range from exposure and lighting, composition, perspective and background control to advanced techniques that will aid you in creating the most compelling avian images. Ever. Saturday, April 28 | 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. | $40 From simply how and when to use you on-camera pop up flash, to elaborate multiple flash examples, Greg will shed much needed light on when and how to take advantage of supplemental lighting in your outdoor images. With a clear focus on keeping your images looking natural, both automatic and manual flash techniques are covered with simplified methods of knowing when and how much to use, or when to just turn it off!

The stunning boulders along this stretch of beach provide a beautiful setting in which to capture dramatic and colorful sunrises or moody clouds and stormy weather offshore. Greg will guide photographers how to use exposure, composition, perspective, and depth of field to capture stunning images of this remarkable coastal landscape. Learn how to make the most of filters such as neutral density and polarizing filters, along with beach specific tips and techniques, such as how to capture wave action with long exposures.
