I hope you're having a wonderful summer full of adventures (if that's what you want), or a lot of quiet down time, if that's more your speed. Or, maybe a mix of each.

The beauty of yoga is that you can do it anywhere and you don't need any special equipment or abilities. So, unroll your mat and move your body, focus your mind, and allow the power of yoga to help you unwind...wherever you are this summer.
And, though you're probably not quite ready to think about fall, you may want to have a peek at our new schedule. There are a few new classes, including yoga for children and teens, and you'll find all your old favourites. Remember, some of the classes do fill up quickly. You can register online to hold your spot.
