Greetings!

Welcome to the November edition of our Discover More
newsletter:
 Chenomx Upgrade Sale (40% Off!)
Until December 31, 2008, Chenomx is offering a
40% discount
off your regular list price on any upgrade to the Professional Edition.  If you already have a Standard Edition license of Chenomx NMR Suite, then you can use this discount to upgrade to the Professional Edition.  If you do not currently own a license of Chenomx NMR Suite, then you can use this discount towards the difference in the cost of purchasing the Professional Edition versus the Standard Edition.

The Professional Edition of Chenomx NMR Suite offers two  additional modules that are not available in the Standard Edition: Compound Builder and Spin Simulator.  Compound Builder lets you create signatures for compounds that are not present in the standard Chenomx compound library, and subsequently use those proprietary compounds in an analysis within Profiler.  Spin Simulator is a simple yet powerful tool for creating simulations of NMR spectra, based on user-defined spin systems, coupling relationships and reference spectra. You can use these simulations as starting points for creating your own compound signatures based on fundamentals of NMR theory.

Hurry though, this offer is only valid until December 31, 2008

Remember, your research can benefit from the patented Chenomx technology through either Software Licensing or Contract Services

Publications Using Chenomx NMR Suite
PublicationsThere is a new publication using Chenomx NMR Suite by Weljie et al. called Evaluating Low-Intensity Unknown Signals in Quantitative Proton NMR Mixture Analysis.  The paper shows Chenomx's patented "Targeted Profiling" methodology is superior to standard spectral binning methods when evaluating peaks with low signal-to-noise or when compression of spectral data with high fidelity is desirable, such as integration of NMR data into cross-platform studies.

If you have published any material using Chenomx NMR Suite please let us know and we'll mention it in this newsletter!

Chenomx NMR Suite 5.1 Tips
Chenomx NMR Suite When using the Profiler module in Chenomx NMR Suite 5.1, You can perform frequency and frequency range searches directly from the Quick Search box. For example, type @2.89 to find compounds appearing at 2.89 ppm, or type @3.0 to 7.0 to find compounds appearing between 3.0 and 7.0 ppm.
Did You Know?
It has been shown that all humans are 99.9% genetically identical, but did you know some studies show 98.4% of human genes are the same as the genes of a chimpanzee too.
