Targeted Profiling is the Gold Standard
|
Chenomx's patented Targeted Profiling methodology is quickly becoming the "Gold Standard" in metabolomics research. Hundreds of researchers around the world are now using the NMR Suite technology to help them identify and quantify metabolites in complex spectra from various sample types. By combining our pre-developed metabolite library of known chemical signatures with NMR Suite's advanced algorithms, the spectra is effectively reconstructed with unparalleled accuracy giving you a wealth of valuable metabolomic information. Only Targeted Profiling provides a proven and easy way to accurately identify and measure the metabolites in a wide variety of sample types, including serum/plasma, urine, CSF, saliva, cell extracts, and others.
You can leverage NMR Suite's technology through either software licensing or contract services.

NMR Suite 5.1 is Now Available
|
Chenomx NMR Suite 5.1 was released on June 25th. There are several powerful new features including the much requested Spectrum Overlay tool and an additional twenty-two new metabolites in our compound database. For a detailed list of the new features click here.
If you are not already a Chenomx NMR Suite user, you can download a free 30-day trial of 5.1 by clicking here. If you already have a license of Chenomx NMR Suite and are on our maintenance program, you are entitled to a free upgrade. If your maintenance has expired, but you are interested in upgrading to this new version, please contact us.

New Publications using NMR Suite
|
Two new publications of research using Chenomx NMR Suite are now available. The first paper is from Imperial College, and focuses on environmental toxicology by examining the metabolic profiles of
earthworms that are exposed to sub-lethal levels of copper for 70-days. Click here to read the abstract.
The second paper, from the University of Alberta, studies the development of
inflammatory bowel disease via specific changes in a mouse urinary metabolomic
fingerprint. Click here to read the abstract.
If you have published any material using NMR Suite please let us know and we'll
mention it in this newsletter!
