New Years
The team at ExecNet Properties would like to wish you a very safe and happy New Year.

Thank you to all of our wonderful clients, guests, vendors, communities, and partners for making 2008 such a prosperous year for ExecNet Properties.

We would like to recognize and thank our ExecNet team member Niki Stearman and many of our caring clients for helping raise over $6,000 for CASA at a recent event.

CASA is a charity that ExecNet Properties stands behind due to it's commitment to support and promote court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes.

Providing solutions that save money.

Wallstreet crisis
The stock market is all over the place, companies are being bailed out of financial troubles, while others simply can't go on.  The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

ExecNet Properties is different, and we provide results.  We don't say this as marketing fluff, we back it up!  Corporate housing is a cost savings over hotels and extended stay hotels.  When you factor all of the costs, you come out ahead with corporate housing, check out our rate comparison guide.

When you choose ExecNet Properties for your corporate accommodations, you will save money!  You will save money not only because we are the ONLY Denver based provider that owns all of our furniture and house wares, but also our flexibility.  At select locations we can offer you a 14-day notice-to-vacate, at NO extra charge.

On a recent housing request, we were $600 per month less than another provider on a 3-month stay.  That's a total savings of $1,800 for that stay, if they don't extend.  That's a difference, and that's results.

Our ExecNet Properties sales team has been helping existing and potential clients in providing new solutions and cost savings.  We are showing where ExecNet Properties corporate apartments can save them money, and make a difference.

If you or your company are evaluating travel costs, give us a call, we would welcome the opportunity to assist, and show you the value of ExecNet Properties.  This one decision can literally save you ten's of thousands of dollars.

Player Profile

JohannaEach month we want to introduce you to one of the ExecNet Properties team members that help in making it all happen.  Without them your ExecNet experience would not be the same, without them our lives at ExecNet would not be the same.

Johanna Abarca joined the ExecNet Properties team last year in corporate sales.  She has been involved in the hospitality industry for several years with her last position being in corporate housing in New York City. She worked in sales with one of the largest corporate housing providers in the world, and we were fortunate enough to have her come join our team when she came to Colorado.

Johanna was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador and became an American citizen when she was a teenager.  In addition to English, she's also fluent in Spanish and Italian.  She has a tremendous appreciation for "attention to detail" and coming up with solutions for her clients.

She relocated to Colorado, lived in corporate housing, and knows first hand all the trials and tribulations involved in relocating.  It's that understanding and her work ethic that makes her such a valuable member of the ExecNet Properties team.  We are very happy to have her here, with a smile that makes all of our days even better.
Carbon Monoxide Awareness

Carbon MonoxideA Denver family of four passed away over the Thanksgiving weekend due to high levels of carbon monoxide from a malfunctioning hot water heater (Denver Post article). Every year over 500 people die from this colorless, odorless, tasteless toxic gas, and now with it hitting so close to home we want to bring awareness from this horrible tragedy.

ExecNet Properties encourages you to make sure you have a carbon monoxide detector and that it's in working order.  Consumer Search rates the Kidde Nighthawk as one of the best detectors on the market, with different types to meet your needs if you need to purchase one.  Please pass this information on to others, this has been a great loss to our community, their friends, and our friends.
Please let us know if we can be of service to you.  We welcome your call.

Sincerely,

The Team at
ExecNet Properties
