Looking for Laughter in all the Right Places

Hello friends,

Last night the Daily Show with Jon Stewart aired a response to the whole Tiger Mother hoopla.  Coincidentally, this month I've been blogging about ways to "manufacture" happiness when it seems to have evaporated from your life.  I hope you get a good laugh out of the segment!

They didn't air my favorite part of The Daily Show segment, sadly.  In it, Tiger-mom-raised Olivia Munn kept giving herself gold stars (literally, the actual stickers) during the interview.  A terrific comedic spoof of the pitfalls of the fixed-mindset

It isn't every day that you get to laugh at yourself on national television.  I'd love to hear what you think of the segment--join the discussion here

Warmest regards, and happy Spring,
