Happy January! What an exciting year 2012 has started out to be already! The phones are ringing and people are looking! I believe this is going to be a really good year for the real estate market at Lake Eufaula. All indicators with market predictors and historically low interest rates point to this same conclusion. With our sales up 30% last year, I believe we are on an upward trend. Reports also suggest that building will be up at least 10% this year. This is good news for lot owners! This next weekend we will have sales people available at our office AND we will be in Oklahoma City to assist buyers and sellers with questions about property at Lake Eufaula. We will have a booth at the Oklahoma City Boat Show Friday January 27th - Sunday January 29th! Come and see us! We will have information and pictures of all the properties for sale at Lake Eufaula, nice give a-ways and a chance to win a great prize!  THIS IS THE 57TH ANNUAL 2012 OKC WINTER BOAT. It is the longest running boat show in Oklahoma's History. Eufaula Lakeshore Realty is there every year to show you pictures and give you information on the 200+ listings we have. Whether you are looking for a waterfront home, lake view get-a-way or the perfect piece of land to build, we will have lots of options for you to look at and we will be there to answer your questions. We will also have REALTORS on site at the boat show as well as our office in Longtown this weekend. We are prepared to help you get set up and ready for a fantastic year at Lake Eufaula! Just this coming weekend only, the OKC Boat Show will be at the Oklahoma State Fair Park at the  N.W. 10th and I-40 intersection. There will be free parking and all of the exhibits will be in 2 buildings - the Travel and Transportaion Building and the Cox Pavillion.
Here is the schedule of when we will be there:
Friday, Jaunuary 27th: 12 noon to 9 p.m.
Saturday, January 28th: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday, January 29th: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission cost is $8.00 for Adults. $12.00 for couples (Friday only). Children under 12 are free. Discount tickets are avaialble at 7-Eleven stores.
