Well, this is the part where we gloat a bit.  But we're gloating because we have received such lovely reviews from our guests -- and really that's why we do what we do.  We always have said we were in the "smile business" :)

Restoration and Renovation 2010
 
Mid-year assessment: Phew!
 
 Okay, so we're not reconstructing the whole house, but we've created our fair share of plaster dust so far this year. 
 
* Two original windows have been removed, restored and re-installed
 
* Room 5/Ivy Suite sitting room was renovated
 
* The main hallway was re-plastered and painted.
