Main Street 
Orange Blossoms in March: March 15 & 16
 

Celebrate the coming of spring with the first annual Orange Blossoms in March, a Main Street event.  Enjoy an afternoon strolling up and down Main Street. Participating art galleries, antique shops and specialty shops are offering complimentary wine, coffee and gourmet chocolate tastings!

 

Horse-drawn carriage tours of Historic Downtown Orange are provided for a small fee. 

 

In the evening, restaurants will be offering special themed dinners.

 

Spend Sunday celebrating James Madison's 257th Birthday at Montpelier! Tour the estate of a man who forged a government. Attend a commemorative wreath-laying ceremony with the United States Marine Corps at James Madison's grave. There is free admission all day.

Try visiting a winery in the wintertime!  Just because the grapes have been harvested does not mean the wineries stop the presses.  Winter is a great time to visit for vertical tastings, barrel tastings, vintage releases and wine maker's dinners.

Introducing a new upgrade at the Holladay House: the Perfect Pair Wine and Gourmet Chocolate Upgrade.  After toiling away at sipping wine and nibbling gourmet chocolate, we believe we have come up with a perfect combination of dessert delights.  We will deliver to your room two bottles of wine from local wineries and a 16-piece assortment of gourmet Gearharts Chocolates.  A description of how each wine and chocolate pairs together is included.
