If you're a member of Children In Film, you're probably wondering how often Industry Pros such as agents, managers and casting directors find new talent via the CIF website.  Well, we're happy to report that it happens quite often.  Industry professionals like Carol Lynn Sher (CESD) and Judy Belshe (All American Rascals) have found new talent by using the resources that Children In Film provides.

Recently Mary Refvem of Brilliant Talent Management reported finding four children via a recent CIF posting.

"We have signed Matthew Cuen, Joshua Salvati, Jakob Salvati and Annabella Salvati," Mary said.  "We love CIF!" The Salvati kids even found their management representation after less than a month on ChildrenInFilm.com!

Peter Sherayko of Caravan West cast Enhanced Member, Ariana Sloan in a project he posted on ChildrenInFilm.com and said, "she was wonderful to work with."

Parents are excited to find that a listing in the Children In Film Membership Directory could be their ticket to gaining representation.

"We found our managers, Brilliant Talent Management, on the CIF website," said photo contest winner John Moreaux's mother Sonia Hall.  "They saw my son's profile and contacted me.  My son and I met with them and were very impressed with their knowledge of and love for the industry."

Industry professionals on Children In Film are also making connections off-line.  At February's Ready...Set...Meet™ speed casting for kids event, industry professionals had the chance to meet with Enhanced Members of Children In Film.  These members had breif meetings with each of the agents, managers and casting directors for a unique opportunity to show off their star-potential. 

Chelsea Haskett's mother, Kristen Haskett commented that this event "made their trip to LA so worth it!"
