Warming up with Pelvic Floor and Deep Abdominal engagement, the class will build to include leg and hip strengthening and opening, deep squats, lunges plus arm strengthening using springs and stroops resistance. Ellie will also focus on opening and strengthening the shoulder girdle, lower back and hip flexors- all areas that tend to get strained in pregnancy. Don't worry- you'll be ready to push that baby out and be strong enough to recover quickly. You'll also learn how to use your core strength to protect you when you have to pick up the baby after delivery!
