Hard to believe we are already more than half way through the year!
This issue has two special shop hours. We have a wonderful story of a great dog and her unique pastime. Also, free samples available on a new food, and some new cat and dog treats. Plus an article from Dr. Becker about Spot-on pest control.

July shop closure dates- 2011-Plan Ahead
This month we have TWO shop closure dates. They are close together, we will be back for just one day, in between closures. Please plan ahead for your food and supply needs.
July 14-18, Shop and Obedience classes closed, no 24/7 pick-up available.
July 19, Shop open regular hours, 1pm-9pm
July 20-25, Shop and Obedience classes closed, no 24/7 pick-up available.
Future exceptions, for your planning purposes, are always posted on our website, under "Contacts" (scroll down). Sept. 11-14, is our next expected closure.

Leda - Have Nose, Will Travel...
Leda is a 2.5 year old "Designer Dog" (as I call them...God designed them, and we'll probably never know for sure what breed they are). She has a wonderful talent. Click here to read and discover more about Leda's passion and "gift." Barb Kreher is her guardian.

New Products...Food and Treats (free samples available)
We are now introducing Nutrisca, and Grain Free AND Potato Free Dog food, in Lamb and Chickpea and Chicken and Chickpea recipes.
Always on the lookout for healthy dog and cat treats, we have brought in two treats from "Real Meat".
All Natural Venison Jerky, for dogs and puppies, is 95% venison, made with Venison (free range, farm raised, natural venison), dried chicory root, vegetable glycerin, sea salt and mixed tocopherols.
All Natural Lamb & Liver, for cats and kittens, is 95% lamb and lamb liver, made with Lamb (free range, farm raised, natural lamb), Lamb Liver, dried chicory root, vegetable glycerin, organic sea salt and mixed tocopherols and organic garlic.
We would love to get your pet's opinion on them. Ask for a free sample, next time you are in the shop.
Update--Starmark clickers are back in stock. These clickers are especially useful if you need a "third hand" to handle treats and equipment while clicker training. They are designed for more accurate clicking (fewer "missed" clicks) AND because of the raised button, you can use your foot to click them (on the floor), freeing up both your hands to hold treats, toys, etc. |
