BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTIONS

The annual election for Chamber Board members will be this Wednesday, October 6 at the luncheon.
On the ballot for renewal of their terms are current members:
Gerry Hope, Transportation Manager at Sitka Tribal Enterprises
Caprice Pratt, Branch Manager at First National Bank Alaska
Seth Bone, Owner of Kingfisher Charters
Allen Turner, Business Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Bank
New nominations:
John Sherrod, Retired, former Chamber board member

Nominations are also being accepted for new members.
Six (6) positions are open.
COAST GUARD OPEN HOUSE - OCTOBER 6
The men and women of U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sitka and the Coast Guard Cutter Maple would like to learn more about what's available in our community. 
OPEN HOUSE
Wednesday, October 6, from 6:00 to 7:30pm,
 in the USCG hangar

Tables will be available for free to all organizations who wish to share information about their services or activities with the men, women and families stationed in Sitka.

This is an opportunity for local artists and craftsmen to sell their wares in a 3-day, professionally run, high-quality venue. Only hand-crafted items are accepted into the Market.
