 Boulder has to offer.

Fall and winter in Boulder are mild - both the temperatures and the lodging rates.  This is a great time to vacation in Boulder - the air is crisp, the skies are blue and the energy from the college kids is contagious.  Boulder hotels and attractions have teamed up to offer lodging packages.

Dine-ing, shop-ing, ski-ing, family movie-ing, spa-ing, massage-ing, champagne-ing, romance-ing,  football-ing, rock climb-ing - you'll find them all here.

Jax Fish House

Two Boulder chefs compete in this season's Top Chef television show.  Watch the show on November 12 on Bravo to see Melissa Harrison, Sous Chef from Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace and Hosea Rosenberg, Executive Chef from Jax Fish House Boulder, compete in Season Five.

It is incredible that two of the 17 chefs are from Boulder.  And it is an illustration that Boulder has become a national dining destination.

Additionally, Frasca Food and Wine's Chef, Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, received the 2008 James Beard Foundation Award - Best Chef: Southwest.  We
couldn't be more proud!

Boulder has won other foodie awards this year:
-Orbitz named Boulder a Top Pick for Food & Wine Vacations
- Bon Appetit named Boulder a runner-up as America's Foodiest Small Town
-Everyday with Rachael Ray highlights a Boulder chili in the October issue

Napa Valley of Beer

Explore Boulder's Brewpubs

Boulder Beer
Colorado is sometimes called the Napa Valley of Beer.  Surprisingly, there are eight breweries in Boulder alone and they all have tasting rooms.  This brochure has maps, descriptions and hours to help you discover them.

Boulder Beer can now even be found at the Denver International Airport.  Look for the Boulder Beer Tap House in the Main Terminal next to the security line.  It is a fun place to start your vacation or be the designated meeting spot to wait for your friends.

Drink responsibly, please.

Green Fun!

Boulder has what it takes to make a town green - a strong recycling program, green hotels, organic restaurants, a network of trails and fresh thinking.  Boulder is a recognized leader in environmentalism.  A new brochure is full of ways for visitors and locals to see "green" in action:
