Littleton Consumer Cooperative Society, Inc. will hold a meeting Friday, Nov. 16, to discuss the next steps in bringing a regional cooperative food store to town and to ratify the co-op's proposed bylaws.

Continued support of the effort is critical, and the co-op board of directors encourages anyone interested to attend. The meeting will begin at 5:30 at the Elks on Route 302.

Board members will present an overview of the plans for the store, to be built at the corner of Cottage Street and Bethlehem Road (Route 302), across from the old hospital. They will also outline different ways members may help raise the necessary funds for the project. People who have not already joined the co-op may do so at the meeting.
