We have expanded into Video Surveillance - and there seems to be a lot of interest these days in being able to monitor business activity while away from the business, with quality cameras it is possible to see and hear what 's going on when you're not there. As well as provide security for your staff and customers.
 
We also have been providing Data services for a couple of years now- although we still hear of our customers going to other out-sourcing data companies without giving us a call first.
 
We will soon have a secure customer log in area where there will be content and files just for our customers.

Leaving A Voicemail Message for Another Person

1. Speak Clearly and Slowly.

2. Be sure to leave your name and extension number. It's best to say it at the beginning and the end of your message.

3. Keep messges short and to the point
 
4. Remember that you want to leave the person you are calling with a good impression.
 
5. Leave the date and time you called in the message. Let the person know the best time to call you back.
 
6. Cover one topic in one message; specify what you want the recipient to do.
